The worksheets we use on real engagements.

Not lead-magnet filler. These are the actual attribute schemas, prompt panels and checklists our team works from — the same columns, the same priorities. One email to get any of them, and the newsletter box is optional.

Why these are worth an email

Most template downloads are a brochure with a form on it.

The genre has a bad reputation it mostly earned: eight rows of obvious advice, a logo in the corner, and a sales sequence starting the next morning.

These are the working files. The attribute schema names the exact Shopify field for each of 51 attributes and the reason an agent needs it — if a column can't justify itself there, we don't collect it. The conversation-flow worksheet includes prompt injection, because an agent that obeys a shopper telling it to ignore its instructions is a liability, not a feature. The readiness checklist gives you a verification step per row so you never have to take our word for a pass.

You get the file immediately, and a copy by email so a closed tab doesn't cost you anything. The newsletter is a separate tick-box that starts at unticked.

About the templates.

Do I have to subscribe to get a template?

No. The email is how we send you the file — the newsletter box is separate, unticked by default, and you get the template either way. If you do tick it, you'll still get a confirmation email to accept before you're subscribed to anything.

What format are they in?

Plain CSV, which opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers without conversion. No macros, no locked cells, nothing to install. Edit them however you like — they're yours once you have them.

Why gate them at all?

Honestly: because it's the one thing we ask for in exchange, and the work that went into them is real. Everything else on the site — the 71 guides, the 107-term glossary, the free tools — needs no email at all. If you'd rather not hand one over, the guide behind each template is linked from its page and covers the same ground.

Will I get a sales sequence?

No. Requesting a template puts you in a download log, not a nurture campaign. We use the address to send the file. If you tick the newsletter box you get one email a week, and every one has a working unsubscribe link.

Can I share them with my team or my clients?

Yes — send them on, put them in your own wiki, use them in client work. We'd rather they got used than credited. If you're an agency delivering this for clients, Agency Partners is the white-label route.

Or skip the spreadsheets.

The free AI Shelf Check runs the measurement side for you and shows whether assistants recommend your products or a competitor's. No call, no card.
