How we share success.
Most agencies charge a flat retainer regardless of outcome. We use a hybrid model: a small one-time setup fee plus a revenue share on US Amazon sales. When you win, we win. When you don't, we don't.
The exact revenue-share ladder depends on monthly Amazon revenue and is detailed in the programme guide — lower tiers carry higher shares; once you cross $50K/month, the share steps down meaningfully.
You keep the brand, forever. We never own equity in your brand or your manufacturing. After 12 months you can buy out the operation and run it yourself, or keep us operating it.

What if my factory is in India / Pakistan / Sri Lanka?
The programme works the same way. Our Dhaka team has experience operating Amazon US launches for factories across South Asia.
Do you take equity in our company?
No. Never. We earn from setup fees and revenue share on US sales only.
What if the first product fails on Amazon?
We share the risk. If 90 days of full operation don't reach measurable sales (defined in the programme guide), we share the loss and renegotiate — or end it with no further fees.
Will Bangladeshi products sell well on US Amazon?
Categories matter. Textiles, home goods, leather, jute, garments — yes. Speciality food — yes with certifications. Electronics — depends. We'll tell you honestly during the application.
Do I need to come to the US?
No. The programme is operated from Dhaka and the US in coordination. You stay in your factory; our Dhaka office is in-country.
