This Privacy Policy explains how GigaCommerce (“GigaCommerce”, “we”, “us”), part of Gigaverse Holdings, collects, uses, and protects information when you use gigacommerce.co and our services. We keep data collection to what we actually need to deliver our services and respond to you.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us through forms — your name, email address, company or store URL, Amazon ASIN, revenue range, channels, and anything you write in a message or application.
  • Audit and tool inputs — when you run the Agentic Commerce Readiness Score or AI Citation Check, the store URL or brand details you submit, plus the publicly available data we fetch about that store to produce your report.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser/user-agent, and basic analytics about how pages are used, to operate the site and prevent abuse.
  • Email engagement — if you subscribe, whether our emails are delivered, opened, or result in unsubscribes, so we can honour your preferences.

How we use it

  • To generate and deliver the reports, audits, and proposals you request.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide our services.
  • To send the emails you opt into (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To protect the site against abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your audit submissions for anything other than producing your report and improving our services.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data only with the providers that run our infrastructure, under contract:

  • Resend — transactional and subscription email delivery.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Anthropic — AI model used to generate audit reports (we send only the extracted public signals about your store, not your personal details).
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection. Google PageSpeed Insights and Apify — public store-performance and listing data for audits. Cal.com — call scheduling.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies necessary to run the site and, where used, bot-protection and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data retention

We keep lead and audit records for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business records, and subscriber records until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any right, email hello@gigacommerce.co and we will respond within applicable timeframes.

Security

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised team members and our subprocessors. Report a vulnerability via our security.txt.

International transfers

We operate from the United States and Bangladesh and use providers that may process data in the US and EU. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
