WooCommerce stores for products that don't fit a template.
Quote-led catalogs, configured products, regulated categories and wholesale, on a store you own outright. Built for AI shopping channels, then kept updated and secure.

Why WooCommerce
When WooCommerce is the right platform.
WooCommerce runs on WordPress, on hosting you choose, with payment methods you choose. That control costs more upkeep than a hosted platform, so it pays off in particular cases. If yours is one of these, it's usually the better platform:
- Hosted platforms won't take your category. Age-restricted and regulated products can run into hosted-checkout rules. On WooCommerce you choose the payment methods your category can use.
- Your price comes after a conversation. Solar systems, installs and custom work sell better as a configured product with an add-to-quote button than as a fixed price.
- You sell wholesale as well as retail. Retailer terms, applications and separate pricing live in the same store.
- You already run on WordPress. Your content, SEO history and editors stay where they are.
If none of them apply, a hosted platform is probably simpler. See Shopify Build & Growth.
Build tiers
Three ways to build.
Fixed scope, quoted after a 20-minute scope call. We'll recommend the right tier for your catalog.
Store build
A new or rebuilt WooCommerce store
- Maintained theme, customised to your brand
- Catalog, variations, shipping zones and tax set up
- A short, justified plugin list
- Product schema and SEO plugin configured
- 301 redirect mapping on migrations
Complex catalog
Quote-led, configured, regulated or wholesale
- Configured products: sizes, options and add-ons as variations
- Bundles and quantity ladders
- Add-to-quote flows where price is set after a site visit
- Wholesale terms and retailer access
- Age-restricted category setup: warnings, policies, alternative payment methods
Agentic-ready
Built for AI shopping channels
- Everything in Store build
- AI-ready catalog: complete attributes and structured data
- Microsoft Brand Agents installed through Microsoft Clarity (beta)
- Measured on revenue and AI citations
- Pairs with Catalog Enrichment and Commerce GEO
Post-build
Retainers, because WooCommerce needs looking after.
A WooCommerce store is software you run. Core, theme and plugin updates keep it secure; skipping them is how stores get compromised.
Care
Keeping a live store safe and current
- WordPress, WooCommerce, theme and plugin updates, tested on staging first
- Backups and uptime monitoring
- Security monitoring and patching
- Monthly report
Growth
Stores ready to grow
- Everything in Care
- Monthly speed and conversion audit, with fixes shipped
- Catalog and content work
- Brand Agent tuning where installed

What we don't sell you.
- A plugin pile. Every plugin is listed, justified and kept updated, or it doesn't go in.
- Hosting in our name. The server, the domain and the store all sit in accounts you own.
- A WooCommerce build when Shopify would serve you better. We build both and will say which fits.
- A launch and goodbye. WooCommerce needs updates; we either hand over a runbook or stay on Care.

FAQ
Questions we get a lot.
WooCommerce or Shopify?
If you sell a standard catalog at fixed prices and want the least maintenance, Shopify usually wins, and we'll say so. WooCommerce wins when you need control: a category hosted checkouts restrict, quote-led or configured products, wholesale alongside retail, or a large WordPress site you don't want to leave. We build on both.
Who hosts the store?
You do. We set it up on managed cloud hosting in your own account, so the server, the backups and the data are yours. We work in it with access you grant and can revoke.
Can AI shopping agents work with WooCommerce?
Yes. Microsoft's Brand Agents supports WooCommerce sites, installed through the Microsoft Clarity app; it's still labelled beta. The groundwork is the same as on any platform: complete product attributes and clean structured data, so assistants can read and recommend what you sell.
Can you take payments for a restricted product?
We'll set up the payment methods your category can actually use, and the warnings and policy pages that go with an age-restricted product. Payment providers decide what they accept, so we confirm that with them before launch rather than after.
Can you migrate my store to or from WooCommerce?
Yes, in either direction, with 301 redirect mapping and product, customer and order data carried across. If you're moving to Shopify, see our Shopify page.
What happens after launch?
Two paths: a documented handoff to your team, or a Care or Growth retainer. WooCommerce stores need regular updates to stay secure, so if nobody in-house owns that, take Care.
