A Maine studio that sells originals the way a gallery would.

Molly Frantzen paints watercolor, acrylic and gouache from her Maine studio. We built the WooCommerce store that puts originals, prints, cards and commissions on one site, with free US shipping on larger orders.

Visit mollyfrantzen.com

Molly sells one-of-a-kind originals alongside archival prints, card sets and custom commissions. A visitor needs to know whether they're looking at a $45 print or a $2,590 original before they click through.

The work is organised by medium — acrylics, watercolors, prints and cards — and commissions start at $400 for collectors who want a place, a pet or a memory painted by hand.

What we did

How the build came together.

  1. Shop by medium

Acrylics, watercolors, premium archival prints and greeting-card sets as clear shop sections, so a buyer looking for a coastal original doesn't wade through $25 card packs.

  2. Price honesty on the grid

Originals list at fixed prices; many prints offer size options from $45 through $95, so the catalog reads like a price list a gallery would hand you.

  3. Commissions as a product path

A dedicated commissions flow starting at $400, next to the shop CTAs, so custom work sits alongside ready-to-ship pieces instead of living only in an email.

  4. Ship the art safely

Free shipping within the US on orders over $300, with packaging and delivery copy on the site so a first-time art buyer knows what happens after checkout.

The result

Collectors can buy from the studio without leaving home.

The store puts Molly's Maine studio online: browse by medium, buy an original or a print, or start a commission. Sold pieces stay visible in the catalog so the body of work still reads as a gallery.

Nothing here invents a revenue claim. The proof is on the live site — the catalog, the prices and the commission path — and every painting links back to the artist who made it.
