Amazon Marketplace

Amazon operations built on catalog, not just clicks.

Most Amazon agencies start with PPC. We start with the catalog — because Rufus, A9, and AI-driven discovery all reward structured product data first. Listings, ads, Brand Registry, and AMC sit on top of that foundation.

Amazon Rufus optimization

What is an Amazon Rufus optimization service?

An Amazon Rufus optimization service structures your catalog and listings so Amazon's AI shopping assistant — Rufus, powered by the COSMO knowledge graph — recommends your products when a shopper asks it what to buy. It goes beyond A9 keyword ranking to the attribute-dense, corroborated product data that AI systems extract and cite. We run it across Amazon and Shopify at once, so you get recommended everywhere AI shops — Rufus, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews — with one team reporting revenue and AI citations, never impressions.

That is why we start with the catalog. Amazon attributes a growing share of sales to AI-driven recommendations, and Rufus consumes structured catalog data, not PPC bids. A brand running $20K/month in ads on a thin catalog is paying to compete in a shrinking slice of total surfacing; brands with rich, attribute-dense catalogs earn Rufus recommendations that compound. We restructure the catalog first — ad efficiency follows.

Six operational areas.

1

Listing optimisation

Titles, bullets, A+ Content, brand store — built against COSMO/Rufus signals plus traditional A9 ranking.

2

Catalog & attributes

Full attribute fill across categories. Browse-tree corrections, variation parent management, Brand Analytics keyword recovery.

3

PPC management

SPAG methodology, 70/20/10 budget split, bid management against ACoS targets and a TACOS strategy.

4

AMC + measurement

Amazon Marketing Cloud setup, custom audiences, attribution analysis. Triple Whale + GA4 integration.

5

Brand Registry & protection

Brand Registry setup, Project Zero, Transparency, IP Accelerator referrals.

6

Reviews & post-purchase

Vine, automated review-request flows, return-rate reduction, listing-issue triage.

Scope tiers

Three tiers by Amazon revenue.

Questions we get a lot.

Do you do Seller Central, Vendor Central, or both?

Both. Most of our brands are Seller Central with a few Vendor hybrids. We'll tell you which is right if you're undecided.

What about Walmart?

Yes — we run Walmart Marketplace too under the same Catalog Enrichment SKU. Same team, same throughput pricing on catalog work.

Can you fix a suspended account?

We'll triage — if it's a documentation issue or appeal opportunity, yes. If it's a real policy violation, no. We don't take reinstatement work without a clear path.

Will you compete with our PPC team?

No. We can do catalog-only if you have in-house PPC, or PPC-only if your catalog is strong. Our default is integrated, but it's not required.

How do you measure success?

TACOS, not ACoS. TACOS = total ad spend / total sales (organic + ads) — the only metric that catches ad cannibalisation. Weekly TACOS report comes standard.

Can I see your reporting before I sign?

Yes. We send a sample weekly report (anonymised) on every scope call. If you don't like what you see, don't sign.

Free Amazon listing audit.

Send your top 3 ASINs and store URL. We'll return a scored audit across listing quality, catalog readiness, PPC efficiency, and Rufus surfacing potential — within 48 hours.
