These Terms govern your use of the GigaCommerce website and free tools. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
Use of the site
You may use the site and tools for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse them — including attempting to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, submit URLs or content you don't have the right to submit, or probe, scan, or test its security without authorisation.
Free tools and audits
The Agentic Commerce Readiness Score, AI Citation Check, and any free audit are provided as-is for informational purposes. They analyse publicly available data and AI-generated assessments, which may be incomplete or imperfect. They are not a guarantee of results and do not create a client relationship.
Engagements and scope
Service descriptions and indicative scope on this site are not an offer or a binding quote. A binding engagement exists only once both parties sign a proposal or statement of work defining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the GigaCommerce name and marks are owned by GigaCommerce or its licensors. Deliverables produced in a paid engagement are governed by that engagement's agreement; absent other terms, you own the deliverables built for you on full payment, and we retain our pre-existing tools, methods, and know-how.
Third-party platforms
Our services interact with third-party platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and others). We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or features, except as expressly stated in a signed engagement (for example, a stated stability guarantee window).
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and free tools are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigaCommerce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or free tools. Liability for paid engagements is addressed in the relevant signed agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
