Your Brand. Our Execution.
You close the clients. We deliver the work. Dedicated e-commerce team pods operating under your agency’s brand — with white-label dashboards, SLA-backed delivery, and the cost advantage of our Dhaka operations.
The Capacity Problem Every Agency Hits
Your agency sells e-commerce services — Amazon management, Shopify development, paid ads, or some combination. Demand is growing. But scaling the delivery team is painful:
Hiring is expensive and slow
A mid-level Amazon PPC specialist in the US costs $65,000-$90,000/year plus benefits. A Shopify developer runs $80,000-$120,000. Finding them takes 2-3 months. Training them on your systems takes another month. And if a client churns, that salary stays on the books.
Freelancers are unreliable
Quality varies wildly. Availability disappears when you need it most. There’s no institutional knowledge — every project starts from scratch. And when a freelancer ghosts mid-project, your client relationship suffers.
Margins are shrinking
ou’re charging $8,000-$15,000/month but spending $6,000-$10,000 on delivery. That leaves barely enough to cover sales, operations, and growth.
A Dedicated Team That Works Under Your Brand
GigaCommerce provides fully managed e-commerce team pods that operate as an extension of your agency. Your clients never see our name. They see your brand, your dashboards, your reports.
You win the client
You pitch, you close, you own the relationship. Pricing is your decision — mark up our fees however your market supports.
We deliver the work
our assigned team pod handles daily execution: Amazon listing optimization, PPC management, Shopify builds, ad campaigns, email flows — whatever the scope requires. Work is delivered to your quality standards, in your templates, under your brand.
Your clients see only you
Dashboards are branded with your agency logo and colors. Reports carry your header. Communication flows through your Slack or project management system. We’re invisible.
What’s in a Team Pod
Each pod is a self-contained delivery unit:
Pods scale up as needed. Need a Shopify developer? Add one. Need a second PPC specialist for a large account? Add one. The pod structure is flexible — you pay only for the capacity you need.

Volume discounts: 3+ pods = 10% discount. 5+ pods = 15% discount.
Payment terms: Monthly billing, due within 7 days. Net-30 available for partners with 3+ months history.
Service Level Guarantees
We back every partnership with written SLAs:
If we miss an SLA: You tell us. We fix it within 24 hours and conduct a root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Repeated SLA misses trigger a pod performance review and, if necessary, personnel changes.

Why Agencies Choose GigaCommerce
Cost structure that protects your margins
Our Dhaka operations mean you get dedicated specialists at 40-60% less than US-based freelancers or employees. That’s not a quality compromise — it’s a geographic arbitrage that lets you offer competitive pricing while maintaining healthy margins.
E-commerce depth, not generalist breadth
We only do e-commerce. Your pod isn’t splitting time between e-commerce accounts and SaaS marketing or local SEO. Every team member works exclusively on Amazon, Shopify, and e-commerce advertising — every day.
AI-native operations
Our AI tools for PPC optimization, competitive monitoring, and reporting automation mean your pod delivers more output per hour than a traditional team. Your clients get faster results. You get better margins.
No client poaching
This is the fear every agency has with outsourced delivery. Our partnership agreement includes a strict non-solicitation clause: we will never contact your clients directly, market to them, or attempt to convert them. Your clients are your clients. Period.
Scale on demand
Adding a new client doesn’t require a new hire. Your pod absorbs additional accounts (within capacity) or we spin up an additional pod within 1-2 weeks. Losing a client doesn’t leave you with an idle employee — you simply reduce pod capacity at the next billing cycle.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Everything is white-labeled — dashboards, reports, email communication, and deliverables carry your brand only. We don’t have any public-facing presence in your client relationships. Your pod team members can use email addresses on your domain if you prefer.
That’s your call. Some agency partners keep all communication routed through their own account managers. Others let their clients interact directly with the pod team (using your branded email addresses). We adapt to whatever model works for your agency.
It depends on service scope and complexity. A standard pod typically handles 3-6 Amazon management clients at the Growth tier, or 1-2 large-scope clients at the Scale tier. Shopify builds are project-based and don’t consume ongoing capacity in the same way. We’ll help you plan capacity allocation during onboarding.
It’s rare — our retention rate in Dhaka is well above industry average because we pay above-market and invest in career development. If it does happen, we have a bench of trained team members who can step in within 1 week. We also maintain documentation and SOPs for every client account so knowledge transfer is seamless.
Yes. Most partners start with one pod serving 2-3 clients, prove the model over 60-90 days, then expand. There’s no minimum commitment beyond month-to-month billing.
Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Shopify (including Plus), Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and common project management tools (Slack, Asana, Monday, ClickUp). If you use a tool we haven’t worked with, we’ll learn it.
