No. All retainer plans start with zero setup cost. You pay your first month’s retainer and we begin work within 48 hours. One-time projects (store builds, SEO audits, email setup) have their pricing listed above — those are the total cost, not a starting point for negotiation.

Most clients do. Our Growth and Scale plans are designed to span Amazon, Shopify, and advertising management. If your needs don’t fit a standard plan, we’ll build a custom scope. Tell us what you need in your free audit request and we’ll propose the right combination.

No. We charge a flat monthly retainer. Your ad spend goes directly to Amazon, Google, Meta, or TikTok — we don’t mark it up and we don’t take a percentage. Our incentive is to make your ad spend more efficient, not to inflate it.

The one exception is the South Asia Bridge program, which uses a revenue-share model — but that’s management fees on total marketplace revenue, not a markup on ad spend.


Absolutely. Many clients start with Amazon management at the Launch tier, prove results over 90 days, then expand into Shopify or multi-channel advertising. We design our plans to be modular and scalable.

That’s fine. Our Shopify builds, speed sprints, SEO foundations, email/SMS setups, and CRO sprints are all available as standalone projects with no ongoing commitment. Many clients start with a project and transition to a retainer once they see the results.

Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month, due within 7 days. One-time projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. We accept wire transfer, ACH, and credit card (via Stripe). International clients can pay via wire transfer in USD.

Our lowest-priced retainer is $2,000/month (Amazon Launch or Performance Starter). For one-time projects, the minimum is $1,500 (Speed Sprint). There’s no minimum contract duration — month-to-month from day one.

We may adjust pricing annually, but any changes apply only to new clients. Your pricing is locked in for the duration of your engagement — as long as you remain an active client, your rate stays the same.
